Yoga – Tuesday mornings 10-11am, beginning May 1
Stretch and strengthen your muscles in this rejuvenating and relaxing class. This class offers both gentle and challenging asanas. Lisa teaches alignment in a pose, and also encourages the student to listen to his or her body and make adjustments as they see fit. This is a slow-paced flow class,appropriate for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Class is $10 or 10 for $80, cash or check. Located in the loft at Casa Ma, must be able to walk up stairs.
